'Uncle Sargam" Dies : Legendary Puppetry Artist Farooq Qaiser Passes Away

Legendary Artist of Pakistan Farooq Qaiser popularly known as "Uncle Sargam" has passed away in Islamabad due to Cardiac Arrest.

King of Social Satire, Comedy, Puppetry, and Communication, Trained and entertained at least two generations with his timeless work.

He was associated with Pakistan Television Since 1976.

Farooq Qaiser was one of the pioneers of puppetry and art in Pakistan.

Born in Lahore, he was graduated with fine arts in 1970 from the National College of Arts.

Later he mastered Graphic Arts from Bucharest, Romania in 1976 and trained for puppetry there.

He obtained a masters degree in mass communication in 1999 from the university of southern california, united states

Farooq qaiser was a recipient of tamgha-e-imtiaz and pride of performance.

His contribution to both television and stage will be remembered forever.

"انکل سرگم" کے نام سے مشہور لیجنڈری آرٹسٹ آف پاکستان فاروق قیصر کا کارڈیک گرفت کے سبب اسلام آباد میں انتقال ہوگیا۔

معاشرتی طنزیہ ، مزاح ، پتلی اور مواصلات کے بادشاہ ، اپنے لازوال کام سے کم از کم دو نسلوں کی تربیت یافتہ اور تفریح کرتے ہیں۔

وہ 1976 سے پاکستان ٹیلی وژن سے وابستہ تھے۔

فاروق قیصر پاکستان میں کٹھ پتلی اور فن کے علمبردار تھے۔

لاہور میں پیدا ہوئے ، انھوں نے 1970 میں نیشنل کالج آف آرٹس سے فنون لطیفہ کی سند حاصل کی۔

بعدازاں انہوں نے 1976 میں رومانیہ کے بخارسٹ سے گرافک آرٹس میں مہارت حاصل کی اور وہاں کٹھ پتلی کی تربیت حاصل کی۔

انہوں نے متحدہ ریاستوں میں جنوبی کیلیفورنیا یونیورسٹی سے 1999 میں ماس کمیونیکیشن میں ماسٹر ڈگری حاصل کی

فاروق قیصر تمغہ امتیاز اور کارکردگی کا فخر حاصل کرنے والے تھے۔

ٹیلی ویژن اور اسٹیج دونوں کے لئے ان کی شراکت کو ہمیشہ یاد رکھا جائے گا۔
